64. How to Believe Something New

It is officially Autumn, and as we gear up for Thanksgiving, I have been thinking about something that might just change so much for you. When I mention Thanksgiving, you're probably thinking about those family gatherings that either warm your heart or make you cringe. We all have that one person, like my client's brother-in-law, who seems to ruin every occasion, but here's the revelation - it's not their actions but rather our thoughts about their actions that shape our experience.

This is the very Thought Work that I teach my clients, the power to distinguish between facts and the meaning we assign them. It sounds simple, but it's profound. Beliefs are ultimately just thoughts we've repeated, and if you can intentionally adopt new thoughts, your whole world shifts.

Join me this week as I delve into the art of changing your beliefs, not just to navigate Thanksgiving drama but ultimately to empower your life. It's about taking control of your own narrative, one thought at a time.
